SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

General Safety:

  • Keep this manual, the warranty card, proof of purchase, and inner packaging.

  • Repairs and cable replacements must be performed only by authorized personnel.

  • This product is intended for private, not commercial, use.

  • Keep out of reach of children. Children should not play with the appliance.

  • Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children.

  • Keep device and cord away from heat, sharp edges, moisture, and direct sunlight.

  • Do not use outdoors.

  • Only use original accessories.

  • Never immerse the device in water or use with wet hands.

  • Do not leave the device unattended when in use.

  • Always unplug the device when not in use, during cleaning, or when removing accessories.

  • Check cord and device regularly for damage. Discontinue use if damaged.

  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or authorized personnel.

  • Misuse or incorrect repairs void warranty and OWNAIR is not liable for damages.

Special Safety Instructions:

  1. Turn the steam soleplate away from people when testing steam output.

  2. Never assemble or disassemble parts during ironing.

  3. Use only purified or distilled water.

  4. Do not power the unit on or off while filling or emptying water.

  5. Never steam garments being worn.

  6. Disconnect the power before filling or cleaning.

  7. If the appliance shows damage or leakage, stop using and contact customer service.


ACCESSORY INSTALLATION

  1. Hold the device with one hand.

  2. Insert the two clamps of the accessory into the corresponding holes on the steamer.


COMMISSIONING & USE

Before First Use:

  • Remove the water tank and fill it using a measuring cup with purified or distilled water.

  • Remove labels and stretch out cords.

  • Let the steamer run for a few minutes to remove factory residues.

During Use:

  • Plug in and wait for the red indicator light to flash slowly (preheating).

  • When fully preheated, the red light flashes quickly, indicating readiness.

  • Press the steam button to activate steam.

After Use:

  • Turn off and unplug.

  • Remove and empty the water tank.

  • Let the device cool down completely before storing.


STEAM CONTROL

  • The steamer has 3 levels: Red (Max), Green (Medium), Blue (Low).

  • Press the steam button to toggle between levels in a clockwise sequence.

  • Indicator light will stop flashing when steam is in use.

Anti-Dry Pumping Feature:

  • If water runs out, the pump will stop automatically after 40–60 seconds.

  • Refill the tank and press the steam button to resume.

Warning:

  • Do not change steam level while heating (light flashing).


IRONING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hang clothes on a hanger.

  • Hold the garment with one hand and the steamer with the other.

  • Press steam holes firmly against fabric and move from top to bottom.

  • Heavier fabrics may require multiple passes.

Accessory Use:

  • Fabric Brush: Removes dirt from woolens, curtains, sofas.

  • Lint Brush: Removes dust and lint from clothes.

  • Cord Clip: Straightens ties, collars, and straps.


CLEANING, MAINTENANCE & STORAGE

Descaling:

  • Use distilled or filtered water to avoid scale.

  • For descaling:

    • Mix vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio.

    • Heat the device and run steam for 5 minutes.

    • Empty and rinse with clear water until vinegar smell is gone.

    • Wait 1 hour before next use.

Proper Maintenance:

  • Unplug and allow device to cool before cleaning.

  • Remove and empty water tank.

  • Clean device and accessories only when cool.

  • Store in a dry, safe place.

  • Never add chemicals, perfumes, or salts to the tank.


IRONING TIPS

  • Iron garments inside-out.

  • Steam from multiple angles for best results.

  • Keep soleplate close to fabric.

  • Check care labels before steaming.

  • Avoid steaming leather, velvet, or delicate synthetics.

  • Test a small hidden area before full steaming.
